I always try to sit in the center orchestra or close to the aisle if I'm in a side section, say seats 2-8 or 1-7. And, as suggested above, rows D - L or M are best. I don't care for the balcony and if I have to sit in the mezzanine I like the first 2 rows, which are AA and BB at the New Amsterdam. But I am very fussy.
